Our Team
Rob Mastel
Principal
Before founding RPM Advisors, Rob was the Retirement Development Manager and Vice President with Bell State Bank & Trust. Rob also served as a member to the organization's mutual fund committee.
Prior to that, Rob was a Relationship Manager/Asset Consultant/Vice President with Wells Fargo for 12 years, where he was responsible for the large plan market and overseeing plans with assets in excess of $600 million and over 10,000 participants. Rob also served as Asset Consultant for the North and South Dakota region with Wells Fargo's Institutional Trust Services.
Rob earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration from Minnesota State University - Moorhead. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and has also earned his Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation and Retirement Plan Associate (RPA) designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the University of Pennsylvania's Warton School of Business.
Rob currently lives in Fargo, North Dakota with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys spending his spare time with his family, traveling, camping, hiking, hunting, home remodeling and sports.
